OCTC Holding Art Workshops

Printmaking and Oil Pastel Drawing

Owensboro, KY (03/02/2022) — OCTC's art faculty, John Schartung, has designed a pair of workshops for the novice: beginning printmaking and drawing with oil pastels.

"Both of the workshops provide a fun way to customize a gift for any occasion, hand printed cards and prints are a meaningful keepsake and a great way to express your creativity. These workshops are something that I get requests for and I thought spring is a fabulous time to release your inner creative side" added David Wilson, OCTC's art program coordinator.

Each workshop meets for three Saturday sessions, and a registration fee of $93.50 per workshop, which includes all supplies. No experience is required, just a desire to learn. The workshops are open to ages 16 and up, and will be held at OCTC's Downtown Campus, Art Studio Room 25, located at 1501 Frederica Street, Owensboro. Participants should utilize the entry off of the back parking lot, Daviess Street.
