OCTC Welcomes Blythe Dahlem as New Adjunct Instructor for Capital Bluegrass & Traditional Music Program

Blythe Dahlem joins OCTC to teach Recording I (PSM-105) and Recording II (PSM-125)

Owensboro, KY (01/15/2025) — Owensboro Community & Technical College (OCTC) is proud to announce the addition of Blythe Dahlem as an adjunct instructor for the Capital Bluegrass & Traditional Music Program. Blythe is a talented sound engineer and musician, and we are thrilled to have his experience and expertise in the program. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University and currently serves as the Technical Director at the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

"I am excited to have Blythe on board as we build our traditional music program. Blythe is passionate about his work and will be a great asset to Capital Bluegrass & Traditional Music," said Scott Napier, Program Coordinator.

Blythe is currently teaching Recording I (PSM-105) and Recording II (PSM-125) online, providing students with opportunities to develop their skills in music production. His classes are designed to equip aspiring musicians and sound engineers with the knowledge and tools needed to thrive in the industry.
