Savannah Lyons named as an OCTC S-STEM SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT

Owensboro Community & Technical College (OCTC) has named Savannah Lyons of Owensboro, KY as a recipient of an S-STEM Scholarship. Funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation the requirements for the program include ACT score, GPA and a qualifying STEM major. The program includes enrichment activities, networking opportunities, and mentoring to provide students with a unique experience that prepares students for careers in STEM fields.
