OCTC 4 Week Winter Term

Owensboro, KY (11/29/2023) — Owensboro Community & Technical College (OCTC) will offer a condensed four-week winter term from December 11, 2023, and runs through January 7, 2024. The session will include online courses in a condensed format, including, Introduction to Biology (BIO 112) with Dr. Micah Perkins; Basic Anatomy/Physiology with lab and Basic Anatomy/Physiology Lab (BIO 135 paired courses) with Misty Gish; Human Anatomy and Physiology with Lab (BIO 137 paired courses) with Dr. Donald Wilkerson; Human Anatomy & Physiology II with Lab (BIO 139 paired courses) with Misty Gish; and Introduction to Interpersonal Communication with Chelsea Fancher, for the complete listing of OCTC Winter term courses visit https://owensboro.kctcs.edu/education-training/winter-session/. This is an excellent opportunity for students to get ahead, catch up, or lighten their course load for future semesters.

Registration is open now and will continue through December 13, 2023. New students can sign up in person at the START Center, located in the upper level of the Campus Center, on the Main Campus at 4800 New Hartford Road, open M-Th 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. For a virtual or scheduled appointment, new students may email octc.startcenter@kctcs.edu or call 270-686-4522. Current students may register online or see an advisor in the Pathfinder Den, located in the lower level of the Campus Center.
