OCTC Alumnus is Miss KY 2018
Owensboro, KY (08/20/2018) — Katie Bouchard, the current Miss Kentucky and Owensboro Community & Technical College (OCTC) almnus stopped by the OCTC booth at Friday After 5 on August 17. Bouchard is currently studying social work at WKU. She will go on to represent Kentucky in the Miss America pagent in Atlantic City, New Jersey on September 9. Pictured with Bouchard are OCTC's Kathy Hoffman-Department Head, Dr. Veena Sallan-Chief Academic Officer, and Dr. Eddie Leach-Program Coordinator for Veterinary Technology.
