OCTC Alumnus is Miss KY 2018
Owensboro, KY (08/20/2018) — Katie Bouchard, the current Miss Kentucky and Owensboro Community & Technical College (OCTC) almnus stopped by the OCTC booth at Friday After 5 on August 17. Bouchard is currently studying social work at WKU. She will go on to represent Kentucky in the Miss America pagent in Atlantic City, New Jersey on September 9.
