OCTC CDL Information Session Scheduled for April 21 at Downtown Campus
Owensboro, KY (04/13/2026) — Individuals interested in earning a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) are invited to attend a CDL Information Session on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Downtown Campus, 1501 Frederica Street.
This free, one-hour session is designed for community members who are exploring a career in commercial driving or seeking training options. Attendees will learn about the CDL class, enrollment steps, and what to expect from training.
Representatives from the Kentucky Career Center will be on site to discuss available funding resources, including financial assistance options for individuals who qualify and may need help covering the cost of CDL training. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and connect directly with career and workforce development professionals.
The CDL Information Session is open to the public, and no prior registration is required.
