OCTC CDL Information Session

Owensboro, KY (10/09/2024) — Owensboro Community & Technical College (OCTC) will hold an information session for its Commercial Driver's License (CDL) program on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. at the OCTC Downtown Campus, 1501 Frederica St. in room 5.

The CDL Driving Academy prepares individuals with little or no commercial driving experience for entry-level positions in the trucking industry, focusing on safety and responsibility. The four-week, full-time course runs Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Attendees will learn about the program structure, enrollment process, and meet the instructors. The session will also provide a hands-on opportunity with the CDL simulator.
