OCTC Community Chorus Presents Annual Holiday Concert

Owensboro, KY (12/01/2025) — Owensboro Community and Technical College Chorus (OCTC), under the direction of Dr. Connie Ford, Professor of Music, and accompanied by pianist Anna Sparks, will perform a Christmas concert at First Christian Church on Monday, Dec. 8 at 7:00 p.m. (700 JR Miller, Owensboro KY). Featured composers of the 17th, 20th and 21st century programmed works, which cover a wide variety of styles, include Mitchell Covington, Dan Forrest, Elaine Hagenberg, Mark Hayes, Howard Helvey, Giovanni Nanino, Mitchell Southall, Will Todd, and Jonathan Willcocks. Guest artists include pianist Angela Bruce and oboist Meggan Clark. The fifty-member OCTC Chorus has presented fall and spring concerts since spring 1987.
