Mon.-Fri., Dec. 15-19, 2025 at OCTC Main Campus

by Katie Powers

Owensboro, KY (12/10/2025) — Owensboro Community & Technical College (OCTC) will offer students a one-stop enrollment opportunity the week of December 15-19 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. These one-stop events are designed for busy adult learners who are juggling job and family responsibilities. The college will have staff to help one-on-one with advising, enrollment, financial aid, and other items students must complete for the Spring 2026 semester. The goal is to make the enrollment process as simple and fast as possible.

Dr. Scott Williams, OCTC president added, "We know many students are anxious about college, so we want to relieve that anxiety and try to make the process as easy as possible."

OCTC will host Express Enrollment at the main campus, located at 4800 New Hartford Road, in the Campus Center. Anyone interested in applying and enrolling for the Spring 2026 semester can walk in or schedule a personal appointment by calling 270-686-4522 or emailing OCTC.STARTCenter@kctcs.edu.

"While we are making a collaborative effort for Express Enrollment events, we want to encourage anyone interested in enrolling at OCTC to contact or visit the START Center any time Monday through Friday 8AM to 4:30PM at their convenience," said Dr. Ashleigh Crowe, OCTC vice president of student affairs. "For those interested in financial aid, you can apply online at https://studentaid.gov/ or bring a copy of 2023 tax returns, and we will have staff to help guide you through the process."
