OCTC May 2018 Study Abroad "Holocaust in Europe" Sign-up Deadline, Feb. 9

Owensboro, KY (02/02/2018) — The deadline to sign-up for Owensboro Community & Technical College's (OCTC) May 2018 study abroad program, "The Holocaust in Europe," is February 9. This exciting adventure will allow students to travel to Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic, and was created in partnership with EF College Study Tours. Led by OCTC faculty member Kaye Brown, the eleven-day tour begins May 15 and ends on May 25, 2018. This great opportunity is open to students, faculty, staff and the community, and features a $250 discount through February 9. Payment plans are available and the partnership with EF College Study Tours allows the college to offer starting prices at the lowest rates available.

Ms. Brown will host an informational meeting on March 1 at 12:30 p.m., with a repeat session at 5:30 p.m., for the May 2019 study abroad program. The sessions will be held in the Advanced Technology Center, Room 107, on OCTC's main campus, at 4800 New Hartford Road. Each session will cover itinerary details, program highlights and the cost of the program which features a tour of Budapest, Krakow, Auschwitz, Prague, and Vienna.
