Check-in and race-day registration will be held at OCTC's Main Campus, located at 4800 New Hartford Road, beginning at 7:30 a.m. A complimentary trolley service will transport participants from campus to the starting line at Legion Park on East Byers Avenue. The course will proceed along Veach Road and finish back at the OCTC Main Campus.

The 5K is open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. Awards will be presented to top finishers in several age divisions, and all participants will be eligible for door prizes, including a $250 cash drawing. Door prizes, drawings, and trophies are limited to those who attend in person.

Proceeds from the event benefit OCTC students by providing scholarships, student support services, and other resources that enhance the overall educational experience.
