OCTC Summer Classes Final Days To Register

Classes Begin Wed. June 6

Owensboro, KY (05/30/2018) — It's not too late to sign up for the summer session at Owensboro Community & Technical College (OCTC). Classes begin on Wednesday, June 6, and students may register until Friday, June 8.

Courses are delivered in person, online, or hybrid (a combination of in person and online). Classes available include: Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, Accounting, Business courses, Human Ecology, Intro to Chemistry, Basic Public Speaking, Economics, Writing, History of Europe, History of US, Technical Algebra & Trig, College Algebra, Physics, Statistics, Intro to Music, Human Nutrition, American Government, Psychology, Sociology, Basic Welding, and Intro to Computers.

Interested students may apply online by visiting www.owensboro.kctcs.edu and select "start your application," or come by the main campus at 4800 New Hartford Road, Owensboro. The START Center is located in the upper level of the Campus Center, staff are available to help Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., and on Fridays from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or by appointment, e-mail octc.info@kctcs.edu with your availability.
